Feltham Construction was awarded the prestigious contract to refurbish the existing Fountain House building at Broad Street Mall, Reading. External façades were replaced in aluminium, which dictated the design and erection of substantial scaffolding to provide safe access for the works. The internal common areas were refurbished together with the replacement of the passenger lifts.
