Overview
This is a scheme of 21 houses of timber framed construction for affordable housing, carried out for South Oxon Housing Association (SOHA).
The site was initially commenced by another Contractor who went into liquidation, leaving some of the timber framed structures and the S38 road in various stages of construction.
The project had the additional factor of bordering a Comprehensive School on two of its boundaries.
We took the scheme through to successful completion, including achieving full NHBC warranties on the houses themselves and Local Authority /Thames Water adoption of the roadway.
