Overview
The latest of a wide portfolio of projects undertaken by Feltham Construction for Hanover Housing Association, Patching Lodge provides extensive extra care facilities under a 7 storey high rise construction, with far reaching sea views from the roof terrace.
This project demanded our full design and construction expertise to create a structure that could successfully tolerate the extremes of the coastal environment as well as satisfying the exacting requirements and finite building schedule of the client.
The extra care areas consist of full catering and dining facilities for the residents of the 76 flats, along with communal extra care and social facilities.
The whole facility is serviced by an internal combined heat and power plant, which generates free electricity whilst providing the heat source for the scheme.
