Overview
Another Hanover Housing Association project, this scheme sits directly opposite New Larchwood, a previous development by Feltham Construction for the client.
A specific requirement of this design and build project was to incorporate a public library, operated by Brighton Council, to the ground floor, with a further 3 floors of housing association flats located above. Separation to minimise noise pollution and fire risk between the library and flats was of prime importance and successfully achieved.
