Overview
A design and build retail facility incorporating a steel frame structure clad with profile cladding and elevational sections of curtain walling.
Fire rated construction of the boundary wall was specified, whilst a lightweight roof consisting of built up insulated roof sheets was constructed. Meanwhile, a power floated finished concrete floor slab was laid utilising a flood pour technique.
An external delivery area was formed from finished concrete pavement, along with a public car parking area of tarmac.
