Overview
The subdivision of the existing large retail unit was required to house two new tenants. The works involved stripping out the existing mezannine and fit out, erection of a full height fire resisting wall, provision of new services, windows & doors and signature entrance canopy. The works were completed on programme to allow early occupation.
