Providing retail and office facilities, this prominent building in the Broad Street shopping complex has been upgraded and refurbished to a high specification. The external facades of this high-rise block have been replaced in aluminium and designed to be in keeping with their surroundings. The internal common areas have also been extensively refurbished and the passenger lifts completely replaced. This prestigious project carried out by Feltham Construction is part of a major redevelopment of this popular shopping centre in the heart of Reading.
