Overview
A unique and challenging project, Feltham Construction was commissioned to remove the first floor of an extensive but partially constructed private dwelling, then remove the outer skin of built brickwork whilst maintaining the inner block skin. To facilitate this, we designed a temporary framework system to structurally support and retain the inner block skin. This allowed the brickwork to be removed, new wall ties to be installed and a new outer skin of brickwork to be constructed. The complex roof structure incorporates extensive sleeping accommodation and a unique inner roof conservatory has also been created.
The ground floor consists of reception rooms and a luxury kitchen located over a full footprint basement - all finished to the highest standard of quality.
