Overview
The existing grade 2 listed manor house dated back to 1745 and was completely refurbished and extended as part of the contract. The older parts of the house were sympathetically restored and now provide an oak paneled library, dining rooms and a games room on the ground floor with ensuite bedrooms on the upper floors. The original stables adjacent to the main house were converted to provide a new open plan kitchen, study and garaging on the ground floor with further ensuite bedrooms above. The two buildings were linked with a modern glass and steel extension that provided the family room and focus for the home. A glass spiral staircase and glass bridge link the upper floors of the two areas of the house.
