Overview
Six luxury apartments and two penthouse suites have been created from the conversion and extension of two Victorian Grade II Listed buildings. The exterior of the original properties has been restored to expose the original brick detail, while the extension has been sympathetically constructed to seamlessly blend in. The interior of the buildings has been completely stripped out and converted into two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury apartments. The original roof has been removed and a new floor added to the building to form the two penthouse suites, offering impressive views across the surrounding area.
