Overview
Prior to the commencement of construction works, this project required the demolition of an existing single storey building, including removal of asbestos material and adjacent hard and soft landscaping.
Works included construction of a new 40 bedroom care home along with associated welfare facilities. Construction consists of CFA piling and ground beams, steel frame to central core and bay windows, precast concrete floors and stairs, timber roof, full services installation and internal finishes. External hard and soft landscaping were reinstated.
