Overview
Forming part of the historic Oxford University campus in the heart of the city, these three Grade II Listed properties have been carefully refurbished to the very highest standards. Whilst the structure of the properties has been retained, the internal space has been beautifully renovated. Traditional stone and oak has been blended with glass, stainless steel and polished plaster and period features, including the original timber staircase and timber window frames, have been painstakingly restored. Careful attention has been paid to intricate detailing, such as the gold-leaf hand-painted cornices, which underlines the quality and sympathetic nature of this project. The result is an additional academic teaching and residential facility provided within buildings that perfectly complement their historic environment.
