Overview
Built on a Brownfield site on the edge of Oxford, this large-scale business park project features a flagship office building and the infrastructure for a further nine office units. The initial 930 square metre steel-frame building boasts decorative finishes, with external curtain-walling and steel roof supports and offers flexible, open-plan office space. Roads, footpaths and supporting infrastructure have been put in place for the further development of the site.
