This environmentally-friendly office design is fast becoming the model for new office buildings in the UK. Built to reduce the energy needed to heat and cool the space within, this is a three-storey building with a concrete raft foundation and a reinforced concrete frame. Situated within the impressive Oxford Science Park development, and constructed for Nominet, it offers more than 2,300 square metres of office accommodation with views across the lake. Feature canopies, polished blocks and curtain-walling give a distinctive look to this building, which boasts cutting-edge green credentials.
