Overview
A fully-glazed footbridge constructed over an existing waterway is the focal point of this Oxford Science Park development and it links the new four-storey building to the existing Magdalen Centre. Designed to offer both dedicated office space and laboratories for start-up businesses linked to the University, the 3,900 square metres also includes conference facilities, a cafeteria and a crèche.
