Overview
Stunning, modern office buildings designed to blend perfectly into their historic environment, the ‘Cowyards’ development is situated in a prominent position within the Blenheim Palace estate. The derelict, Grade II listed agricultural buildings have been beautifully transformed into four inter-linked offices buildings, centred around two internal courtyards. Designed and built with sensitive consideration of the existing buildings, the project mixes traditional materials and skills with modern practices. Historical details have been carefully conserved, including the original oak frames, timber trusses and stonewalls. The restored buildings now offer premium open-plan office space within the parkland boundary, finished to the highest specifications.
