Overview
This design and build project produced a 50,000 sq ft Grade A office development. The project is low carbon, eco-friendly, secure and incorporates more than 20% renewable energy technology. The building envelope air tightness exceeds current building regulations by 70%. Continuing the environmental theme, the vertical projecting glass fins and deep overhanging eaves control solar gain, whilst the large car park uses a sustainable urban drainage system.
