Michael Keys FRICS
Managing Director
Mike was appointed Managing Director of Feltham Construction in 1999 having originally joined the company as Surveying Director. He is a fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has almost forty years experience in the Construction Industry where he has worked for both Regional and National companies.
Mike has been part of the management team that developed the business into the company it is today but he considers his greatest enjoyment continues to come from dealing with people.
Mike is married with two daughters, is a football and rugby follower and plays golf as often as he is able.
David Yates
Special Works Director
David joined Feltham Construction in 1988 as assistant QS. He was successively promoted to positions of Managing Director of two group subsidiaries before his current role as Feltham Construction Special Works Director and Group Chairman.
As one of the longest serving staff, David has been an integral part of the management team that has seen growth from twelve staff and turnover of £6m in 1988 to the one hundred staff and £50m turnover of today.
David is married with three daughters. His interests include travelling, IT, and he is a keen supporter of Reading FC.
Andrew Brown MCIOB
Construction Director
Andy spent his early working years employed by two major international contractors based in the UK. During this time he continued his professional studies and graduated as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building in April 1991.
He was appointed Construction Director in 1998 and has been an integral part in the company’s development during that period.
Andy is married with a son and daughter and is a keen sportsman. He actively plays squash and golf, but is now only able to enjoy his favourite sport of football from the sidelines.
Leigh J Cameron MCIOB
Construction Director
Leigh joined Feltham Construction Ltd as Construction Director in 2004 and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
Previous to joining Feltham, Leigh developed his construction career, over a 25 year period, with a large Contractor based in the south that specialised in Design and Build Contracts for blue chip companies. Leigh’s final role was Operations Manager with full operational, profit and loss responsibilities for a £30M turnover business sector. He shares the Construction Director role with Andy Brown and together they manage the Construction output of the Main projects Division.
Leigh has two sons and enjoys climbing, walking and reading.
Richard Collins
Surveying Director
Richard joined Feltham Construction in 1999 as a Quantity Surveyor after working for a National Contractor in the UK. He was promoted to Managing Surveyor in 2005 and became Main Projects Surveying Director in January 2009. Richard is married with a daughter and son and is a keen footballer albeit his time and efforts are now more concentrated on his children’s sporting abilities.
